American Street
by Ibi Zoboi
Pushcart-nominated author Ibi Zoboi brings forward a tale of Haitian vodou, teen identity, and immigrant belonging.
Fabiola Toussaint believed America held her dream future, but the realities are far from simple.
Is she willing to pay the price of this "freedom" or will she make a different choice?
